EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of Stage 3 of the Independent Living Units (ILU) development at The Willows Retirement Village on Windsor Road, Northmead, Sydney.
The project comprised a total of 23 ILUs across three buildings:
-Two apartment buildings, each containing 10 ILUs over two levels, above one level of basement parking
-Three over/under townhouses with double garages
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, tendering and awarding the building contract, contract administration, and superintendent services.
