171 Collins Street was Melbourne’s first Premium Grade commercial office building delivered in over 20 years. The building comprises approximately 33,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space and was developed in partnership by Charter Hall Office Trust and Cbus Property. It accommodates the global headquarters of BHP Billiton, along with major office tenancies including Evans & Partners, Egon Zehnder, McGrath Nicol and Wood Group.
