Equity Development Management was appointed by St Vincent’s Care Services to manage the design review and documentation, authority approvals, tender and contract award, and construction delivery and administration of a new residential aged care facility in Bronte, NSW.
The project involved demolition of the former Loreto Nursing Home and construction of a new 106-bed residential aged care facility providing low, high and dementia care. The facility includes basement-level parking, back-of-house kitchen and laundry services, administration areas, a chapel, wellness centre, and health, beauty and café tenancies. Works also incorporated general landscaping and a purpose-designed dementia-specific landscaped courtyard.
