EDM was appointed by Allity Aged Care to manage the construction delivery of refurbishment works at Lilydale Aged Care Facility in Victoria.
The project comprised both low- and high-care residential aged care facilities, including amenities for residents and staff, office areas, landscaping, and external car park works.
EDM’s services included design management and coordination, contract administration, and acting as Superintendent under the lump-sum contract.
