EDM was appointed by Allity Aged Care to manage the delivery of fire services upgrade works across multiple aged care facilities in New South Wales.
The upgrades were required to ensure compliance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Fire Sprinkler Systems) Regulation 2012, which came into effect on 1 January 2013.
Works included the installation of wet and dry fire services, such as fire sprinklers, smoke detectors, addressable warning systems, fire indicator panels, and fire hydrants, boosters, and pumps.
