EDM was appointed by Masters as Project Manager for the concept design and head contract tendering of the new Masters Home Improvement Centre and associated car parking at Rouse Hill, Sydney.
The project is located on a 37,000 m² site, featuring a main building with a gross floor area of 13,500 m², a separate 1,200 m² tenancy, and a car park accommodating over 350 vehicles.
