EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of Stage 1 of the Independent Living Unit (ILU) development at The Willows Retirement Village in Northmead, Sydney.
The project comprised 24 new ILUs over two levels above basement car parking, across two separate buildings.
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, tendering and awarding the building contract, contract administration, and superintendent services.
